Open Heart Behavior Services (OHBxS) has launched a Ticket to Work Employment Network in Colorado. As behavior experts, we're excited to use our skills to help Social Security disability beneficiaries land and keep great jobs.
What we offer
Prevocational Services | Supported Employment | Benefits Counseling
Who we are here for:
SSI and SSDI beneficiaries aged 18-64
Transition aged young adults, adults with IDD, and neurodivergent individuals
Extra attention for underserved groups like people of color, rural folks, and LGBTQIA+ individuals
How we will do it:
Teaming up with local businesses and organizations
Community-based services in familiar local spots
On-the-job coaching when needed
