Open Heart Behavior Services (OHBxS) has launched a Ticket to Work Employment Network in Colorado. As behavior experts, we're excited to use our skills to help Social Security disability beneficiaries land and keep great jobs.
What we offer
Prevocational Services | Supported Employment | Benefits Counseling
Who we are here for:
Social Security disability beneficiaries aged 18-64
Young adults, adults with IDD, and neurodivergent individuals
Extra attention for underserved groups like people of color, rural folks, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and veterans
How we will do it:
Community-based services in familiar local spots
Virtual support for those who prefer it
On-the-job coaching when needed
Teaming up with local businesses and organizations
