CREATION

Offered by OHBxS

A groundbreaking program designed exclusively for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). CREATION is a comprehensive S.T.E.A.M. educational experience, integrated with behavior services, to foster creativity, independence, and community integration.

Ages 22-99

Social Club

A Young Adult program that offers behavior services in an environment that fosters expressive creativity, relationships, and independence.

Ages 16-21

  • Yes! We serve Medicaid clients for all ages. AND we accept nearly all private insurance companies. 

  • CREATION and Social Club both meet in Colorado Springs!

  • CREATION is an Adult Day Program for IDD clients ages 22-99.

    Social Club is a Young Adult Program for clients ages 16-21.

  • Behavior Services (not therapy)

    Supported Community Connections (SCC aka Adult Day Program)

    Transportation (only for clients who we provide wrap around services for)
